Processing Time

Once confirmed, your order will take 3-4 business days to process, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.

 

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship on Tuesday or Wednesday).

 We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, we can't make changes to your order after it's placed. Therefore, we recommend you carefully check your item details and shipping information before ordering.

 

Can I cancel my order or change it before it ships?

We want you to get your items as soon as possible, and so we process orders as soon as we receive them. Unfortunately, that also means we can't make any changes after your order is placed. This includes canceling your entire order (or part of it), changing the address, changing the shipping method, and adding, replacing, or removing items from your order.

 

Return Policy

At Omalani we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied. In the case of an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 3-5 days from the date of your delivery and our Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you. Please note that all items are final sale with the exception of defective merchandise. 

 

Damaged items

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and immediately contact us.
