Ingredients:  Blackseed Oil, Apricot Seed Oil, Rosemary Oil, Menthol, Camphor, Cocao Butter, Kombu Butter,  Castor Oil & ourProprietary Blend of Essential Oils.

Directions: Apply cream as needed for relief to targeted areas.
